Peter Waring teaches Building Performance at Laney College and other educational organizations in northern CA. He has contributed to the Energy Independence program in Sonoma which continues to offer PACE funding, the Green Building ordinance in Marin and EnergyUpgradeCA which encourage or require BPI home audits.
