BKi is a California-based consulting firm specializing in energy innovation research, commercialization, and energy efficiency program planning and management. BKi (formerly Bevilacqua-Knight, Inc.) introduced Home Performance with Energy Star into California and has been involved in almost all that state’s subsequent home retrofit programs. The firm also managed much of the state’s Federal stimulus funding in support of Energy Upgrade California and has been active in efforts to streamline and accelerate home energy retrofit programs at all levels.
